Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- Returns or exchanges accepted for 30 days starting when the package was delivered according to the delivery date provided by the carrier.
- Returns - customer provides return shipping. See details below
- Exchanges - a return shipping label will be provided. See details below
- No restocking fee
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, log into your Store Account and find the order you would like to return. Click the request return button and follow the steps. Once your return is accepted you can ship your item back to us immediately. Instructions will be provided in your return approval confirmation email. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on items in which you are requesting a refund. Once your item is received and inspected we will process your refund for the cost of the product you purchased only, not the original shipping cost (if shipping costs were applied to your order total at the time of purchase).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are FREE!! To start an exchange, log into your Store Account and find the order you would like to exchange. Click the "Request return" button. Follow the steps by selecting a Reason. In the Note section type "Exchange Request" and provide additional information about the product you would like in exchange, such as the SKU, Product Name, Quantity and Color. Click the "Request return" button to finalize and submit your request. A member of our team will reach out within 24-48 hrs after the request is submitted to confirm the requested exchange items. If a balance is due because of a difference in price between the originally purchased items and the replacment items a payment link will be provided. Please note: Replacement items will not be shipped if there is a balance due and payment is required. If a refund is due becuase the replacement items are of lesser value than the originally purchased items, this will be processed once the exchange item is returned, received and inspected by our staff.
Once your exchange is approved by our staff Moose Knuckle Offroad and Forward Notion, LLC pays the shipping and provides the label for you on domestic orders only. A shipping label will be gerarated and an email with instructions and a download link to print your label will be provided.
Once your original item is received and inspected we will process your exchange. Exchanges can take up to 3 working days to process. To process exchanges as quickly as possible return items in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging and original shipping container.
Refunds
We will notify you once weโve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
