Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

We do our best to process all orders within 48 hours (two business days) of receipt but this may vary. If order volume is high longer processing times before shipping may apply. We will do our best to make customers aware of longer processing times if and when they occur.

PLEASE NOTE: Processing time and shipping/transit time are not the same.

Shipments will only be processed on business days, Monday through Friday. No shipments will be processed on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are provided during the checkout process.

International shipping and delivery times may vary depending on how fast your item(s) is cleared through customs in your country. Forward Notion, LLC can not control these times and is not responsible for delays caused by customs passage or importing of goods.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses are excepted.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after their order has been shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Forward Notion, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Forward Notion, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
