Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
General Orders
If you want to cancel or change your order before it is fulfilled, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your orders from there. You can also use our contact pages to request cancellation or changes to your order at anytime before your order is fulfilled or shipped. Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout to reserve your pre-order items, store your payment method, then fulfill these pre-order items at a future date.

Pre-Orders will ship when the product is in stock and available for fulfillment. We will notify you once your order is ready to ship. Sick of waiting? Contact us at anytime to cancel your pre-order for a full refund before it ships.

You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund and process a return. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
